True, interviews are a bit like the reviews to the extent that you are asked a series of questions to which you respond intelligently, but the similarities end there.

Unlike exams, where accuracy is important responses in the interviews are more about the interaction and relationship and on the mind of the respondent who must give intelligent answers, not exact.

In fact, often a full detailed answer technical precision, it can distract the interviewer, therefore, these job interviews seek to find in you a person that relate intelligently with others, and one of those ways is  have the ability to know what to say and not say, measuring their responses to questions as they so request, here is the key, how to say things, and how to say them, disguising modest knowledge.

There is a myth about job interviews, that you should never say ” I do not know “, it is believed that this way you have closed any chance of finding work in the company or firm in which you are applying.  That’s not effective.

In business when they do job interviews is to select who will participate in the organization, therefore, interviews are like a sieve, especially from people who personally are not very reliable.

An individual may have an impeccable academic path, but may fail on the staff, as individuals themselves, and wonder how these people, asking questions is somewhat complicated, so that they fall into the trap and elaborates on issues that  dominate, trying to impress when you are actually exposing a liar and untrustworthy person for the job.
Thus one way to respond in a job interview is the truth, unafraid to say ” no “when you really do not know about the topic you are telling.

It is important to recognize and care for personal image as this is the first thing people see in us.  When a person presents to others, even without me saying anything, transmitting data and ideas.  Although we are not aware, all projecting something through the image.
