HINDRAF - Allow Them to Fullfill Their Karma

Dear HINDRAF supporters,

I take note of the press statement released to BERNAMA by 2 “civil” members of society namely Rajaratnam of MIYC and Vythilingam MHS.

I have received numerous phone calls over the last 24 hours from supporters throughout Malaysia requesting me to respond to the statements issued by them namely I quote Rajaratnam

“He should return to face the truth. He had gone to the United Nations and Britain. The general election had been held and the Indian community had given their verdict, so he has to come home to correct the situation,” said Rajaratnam.

He said Waythamoorthy should register Hindraf as a legitimate body if it was genuinely championing the rights and interests of the Indian community in the country.

“Now it is time to make peace and continue the struggle in a united society. Since Hindraf already has a voice in parliament, use the opportunity to raise the issues being championed,” he said.

Vythilingam MHS was quoted by BERNAMA as saying

Malaysia Hindu Sangam Association president Datuk A. Vaithilingam said he believed the matter could be resolved at the negotiation table after MIC discussed the issues raised by Hindraf openly.

MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu had called for the release of the Hindraf leaders but Home Minister Datuk Seri Syed Hamid Albar responded that the government had no intention of doing that soon.

“This can be solved through discussions. We can ask the Malaysian High Commissioner to Britain to meet Waythamoorthy and discuss Hindraf’s demands,” said Vaithilingam.

However, Vaithilingam said it would be better for Waythamoorthy to return home to resolve the issues.

Since I endeavoured to advocate the rights of the minority Indian community in Malaysia I have learnt that the secret is not to attack our fellow Indians who would be used as “kulis” by the Government to attack me but to concentrate on the ultimate goal. I have always concentrated on that and had stayed focused. For the matter I have never even attacked the “invincible” Samy Velu.

Therefore I urge all our supporters to remain calm. Those “kulis” are only fulfilling their karma to be faithful to their “paymasters”. So please allow them to complete their karma and let them answer their conscience.

As for me I do not for a moment FEAR return to Malaysia. I do not fear the prison or the torture that are likely to be imposed on me. I have voluntarily gone to prison before. But my presence lobbying International support have definitely created “heat” on the Government and hence the revocation of my passport. I will continue until my fellow brothers are released and would not be distracted by cheap stunts by certain individuals.

Once again I thank you for the concern but urge yourselves not to be distracted as well.

Ours is a long journey for “freedom” and let us stay focussed.

THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES.

P.Waytha Moorthy

Just to add to the statement made by “Malaysian Indian Youth Council president A. Rajaratnam”, by urging Mr.Waythamoorthy to get back, it is like trying to wrap up the epic of HINDRAF for once and for all. Do you really think that HINDRAF can be a registered body in Malaysia, especially with the fact that the federal government is held by BN? Don’t you remember the time when license of certain company was taken away for having HINDRAF as it’s registered company name? What more having HINDRAF as an official body in Malaysia, this is definitely not relevant at least until BN losses it’s grip of being the ruling coalition in Malaysia.

No doubt Indians in Malaysia had finally voiced out in the last election, but has there been anything done about the 5 HINDRAF heroes detained under ISA? If this article reaches you Mr.MIC youth council president, A.Rajaratnam, may I ask you one simple question? You really think our demands and voice will be heard in the current Malaysia? Do you really think by Mr.Waythamoorthy coming back, he is going to be safe campaigning under the banner of HINDRAF? There is no need to make it look like you are a man of patriotism trying to safeguard the name of Malaysia for Mr.Waythamoorthy’s effort. 51 years of Independence didn’t give much of its ears to the Indian’s plight, did it? Mr.Waythamoorthy’s effort from London has proven way better of a result and what is so wrong about him approaching the United Nation? Aren’t we registered under that body? And to tell one truth, and if it really feels like I am rubbing coal on your face, I am sorry, but Mr.Waythamoorthy and the rest of HINDRAF patriots are real men with bravery and genuine intentions because he has made the move to bring the discriminations taking place in Malaysia to the UN! Did anyone of you, anyone of the MIC man do that? This is something for you to ponder about and please, let him do what he has started. If you can’t give a helping hand, it is ok, just sit back, relax and watch how far this is going to bring the Indians. 51 years of Indians under MIC flag planted the seed of inferiority, silence and victims of discrimination. Let HINDRAF plants the total opposite of the seeds MIC has planted…. And stop your effort in wanting Mr.Waythamoorthy to be back, I am sure you know well, if he is to make a return, Kamunting Detention Centre has a place reserved for him.

I strongly believe that Waytha should be doing his devoted virtue as human right defender from abroad.

These so called person who in-term presents the government to request Waytha to return to
M’sia to settle all the disputes has ZERO effects.

Pls be noted that Hindraf could not be Registered as Legimate body due to the BN law enforcement. * I personally knew many NGO problem list as legimate body, so stop lying and defending the hypocrates and criminal of Human Rights - Hindusangam, MIC, MIYC and all cronies of evil.

The federal constitution need to be ammended to meet the need of the Plural comunity and to comply to 1948 UNCHR convention treaty.

Till then we can’t expect the BN to change the monsters that they have created. To feed these monsters. The BN must sacrifice us to meet their demand & agenda.

Wathya, Pls do believe the Moron and bigot in M’sia, they will just kill you and this will defeats your global value on humanity.

Well done Waytha and Hindraf struggle heroes.
