Jaganath Misra Feast

Sorry for not publishing any updates yesterday. I was tight up with few things. Ok, as I have promised, attached below are the photos of Jaganath Misra feast festival. It is actually a day after the Gaura Purnima which falls on Saturday, where the father of Gauranga Mahaprabhu who is Jaganath Misra will give a feast to his fellow villagers. Therefore, we had a wonderful procession whereby the lordships were carried through a palanquin to Hong Seng Estate, which is in Waterfalls, Penang. Around 70 devotees were following the palanquin. They were chanting, singing the holy names of the Lord and dancing in ecstasy. It was nice to see those devotees acting as such to make the lordship happy. You should have been with us. After the procession, we had a massive kirtan (singing songs praising the lord and dancing in devotion for him) in the Penang Centre, followed by delicious prasadham (sanctified food).
