UMNO’s Immature Protest in Penang

The state government is just establishing themselves to get to know their work scopes. They have not even gone to the grounds and roots yet. I bet they must have many things to be done. The senior or experience person should instead help them to be established. UMNO la, who else…It is still tolerable if they cannot help our fresh men’s out there to get establish but don’t show your color la. Please do not repudiate them. Not even a week after a humiliating defeat, UMNO has rallied a protest. It is infamy to listen that the Penang Umno secretary Azhar Ibrahim led the protest. Did anyone from the new state lineup mentioned that they are going to sideline the Malays? The state government reps only mentioned that they are going to abolish the New Economic Policy or NEP, and why that makes them to protest. I have many Malay friends and they welcome the new government…it only takes UMNO to act like this…maybe because they cannot practice cronyisms anymore. Be more mature on your demand next time.

This act of UMNO is simply to create obstrutions any which way it can to make issues, esspecially to stoke up perceived RACISM on unfounded grounds, and stoke up the enlightened Malays who have voted for the opposition.

It is evident that there are going to be difficulties for the three parties of extreme different persuasions to come upon a consensus in the aftermath of this sudden victory- UMNO is hoping to create more difficulties so that the Coalition will collapse.

What is wrong with this UMNO leaders? Are they mentally unstable?Derangued personalities behave in such a way.

Is it not amazing how the very reasons that UMNO has imagined up, are facts pertaining to the others in the rest of the country, and are the cause of the political change that has come.Did UMNO not see these then?

UMNO- if you have any iota of common sense, sit back and watch the opposition deliver, or are you people desparate that you style of tidak appa attitude will not work any more, cronyism and corruption will not work anymore.

Stop barking foul, and get some maturity to grow up to support the government of Penang state and the PEOPLE- that wanted this change.

The poeple did not want you …that was made clear.

I’m surprised that there was no water canon and tear gas to disperse the crow ???
Why is this because they are Malays or is it because they are UMNO ???
Honestly, I don’t give a damn, the Indians and Chinese were oppressed and suppressed for 50 year no Malay groups has ever fight for the injustice but now, only the a name NEP has been mentioned and only in the state of Penang, the Malays has shown their true colour (RACIST). Let them have a bit of “vaitherichal” cause the Indian and Chinese had them for far too long.

Whatever one may call it, the affirmative policy is Apartheid, discriminatory, plain and simple. Today, the Malay UMNO government are only too quick to condemn others like the Israelis for whatever biases. In fact, they can’t see the water under their own noses or their own eyes. The Israelis treat their minority Muslim Arab citizens better than themselves (which in fact none wants to emigrate). Action speaks louder than words! Likewise, for example, the Han Chinese give many privileges to its minorities. Check it out. Whether it’s licences, tertiary education places, public and private housing, public and semi-public jobs, etc., Malays dominate if not monopolize. One year is bad enough. 40 years of apartheid is indeed too a long time. The free handouts at the expense of the minority Indians and Chinese have grown the Malay population in recent times from 45% in the 50s to 65% today, from their having unusually larger families, multiple wives and continued immigration from neighbouring Indonesia. The free riders and consumers have grown larger and larger and without meritocracy the economic pie cannot grow as fast. Where will the predators be looking for their next meal? Already the government has begun to ask private companies to submit their employee racial breakdown (despite a 30% Malay quota in the private sector). Will this augur something bad for the future. They havbe apparently forgotten that labour is a factor of production. The public sector however can slack and remain unproductive. Anyway, Indians and Chinese need to fend for themselves and yet pay taxes to buy the crutches for the Malays. When Hishammudin, the Malaysian Minister for Education, drew out the kris (Malay dagger) at its AGM recently, it was meant to send a May 13 message and intimidate the minority Indians and Chinese into submitting to the so-called de facto social contract (i.e. apartheid)>After the elections this was what the non malays races feared, but becouse of the internet and open wolrd communications, it did not take place. There was pressure upon the Police to take stock. Otherwise another May 13th might have descended like what’s happening in Darfur today. Muslim killer mobs then roamed the streets to terrorise the minority race i.e. Chinese, backed from behind by the Malay police and troopers. What indefinite social contract? Not only UMNO but the MIC and MCA together got Malaysia’s Independence from the UK! The Chinese fought the occupying Japanese and colonist Brits whilst the Malays generally colluded with them in the Malayan Peninsula. And the biggest joke that no one can reconcile is the term “bumiputra” i.e. privileges recepient. People can stomach it if the backward minority aborigines or indigenous people are granted such rights i.e. the orang asli (Malayan Peninsula), Dayaks (Sawarak) and the Kandasans (Sabah). But the majority of these so-called bumiputras are early and late Muslim Indonesian migrants from Sumetera, Java, Sulawesi, etc. Joining the bandwagon are the Muslims of Indian descent (Dr Mahathir), Syed Hamid the foreign minister (Arab descent), Hisahmuddin (Turkish descent), etc. And they apparently engineered the “legitimate rights” to discriminate against the other non-Muslim citizens. Where in the world is this taking place officially? The majority Muslim population oppressing its non-Muslim population via legislation? The UN Charter explicitly condemns apartheid in whatsoever forms. Maybe it’s time the civilised world focuses on Malaysia now before another Sudan or Sri Lanka emerges.

Malaysia should be suspended from the UN for its racist APARTHEID policies until it comes to its senses.

The elctions are the frist step imn dismantling the apartheird policies.Next steop get rid of the BN and the APARRTHEID.
